After contacting with us you will be asked to submit a portfolio as well as answer several questions Dependant on location these questions will either be asked over the phone or in person.If we feel we need to understand the salon/spa more, or the need to get a feel of it we may send one of our mystery shoppers.. You will then be contacted and asked to provide payment along with given your rating.

Any salon/spa/barber under the 3 star rating is rated under our 3 star rating as satisfactory with further improvements.
Unrated Salons and Spas
As we work with The British Hair and Beauty Awards, who award salons and spa’s in the industry we offer FREE UN RATED listing on the website for a period of 12 months, but these clients will not have a badge to say they are rated, but will still show case they have won awards. We recommend these salons winners to go through the rating stage to get rated on our website.
What is the Fee For?
The annual fee is to cover general admin and running of the tasks.
This fee can be paid annually or monthly. All those paying monthly will receive a 10% discount of the total price.It also includes four yearly promotions of your salon on social media, updates on events and deals etc. Monthly charges are based on the ratings and is different for everyone. Including in your fee are the free banner or window decal as well as further discounts on other promotional material.
